  • Training for Educational Leaders and Teachers

    The Leaders, administrators, and teachers must be competent, professional and experiences educators who are themselves critical thinkers, who possess excellent work ethics and integrity. They must remain abreast of "Best practices," strategies, and methodologies in the education of children.

  • Curriculum

    The curriculum should be dynamic and comprehensive. It should be paired with an assessment program that is equally rigorous and comprehensive. The instructional delivery of ALL teachers should be child centered and activity based. It must be guided by knowledge of the interests and needs of the children. Knowledge of and care for children are critical components:

    Knowledge of learning styles and developmental levels of children will enable the teacher to practice scaffolding to find out the starting point of each child so as to get them to function at their fullest potential. By insuring that teaching and learning take place in an educationally rich environment, learning is continuous and exciting.

  • Textbooks & Teaching Materials

    The selection of appropriate international textbooks, teaching materials and other resources, including technology and extracurricular activities Must be and is a priority. Care should be taken to insure that materials are aligned to the curriculum and that they allow for and promote instruction that cuts across the educational domains, (cognitive, affective, psychomotor, and social emotional).

  • Parental Involvement

    Parental involvement is a critical component in the education of children. Requiar communication, and seminars are made available for parents and caregivers. Care must be given to identifying and improving Parenting styles of all parents, as ALL stakeholders must be required to do their part in educating our children.
